Native Pepperberries
Native Pepperberries (Tasmannia lanceolata). These delicious little berries are the dried fruit from the tree which gives us Tasmanian Mountain Pepper. They're hot and spicy and have a lovely lingering flavour in casseroles, stews and slow cooked dishes. They can also be used in a pepper grinder instead of traditional peppercorns. High in antioxidants, they give a welcome boost to our immune systems.
